Background: Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is characterized by bone fragility, resulting in low-energy fractures. Other features are compromised growth, blue sclerae, dental, cardiac and hearing abnormalities.Presenting problem: A girl with OI, hypothyroidism and growth hormone (GH) deficiency is presented.
